My Role: ad copy, creative direction, project management, reporting

I led the production of paid media assets and helped define the visual identity for Human Rights Watch’s first Spotify advertising program, promoting the Rights & Wrongs podcast. The campaign drove podcast streams across both Meta and Spotify, optimizing targeting, creative variations, and ad formats to reduce cost per stream. Key strategies included retargeting previous engagers, testing logo and creative treatments, and extending ad run times to improve performance.
